In all my years as a customer of AT&T, I am appalled at the manner in which my conversation with an agent was handled concerning my account this morning. His words were argumentative, sarcastic, belittling and unprofessional as it relates to customer service in an attempt to resolve my concerns. Unfortunately, my efforts to diffuse the situation with the request of a Supervisor unfurled more intensity creating a barrier between resolution.
