ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I needed this phone. Cancel my other order too. I don’t want to do business with a company that just up and cancels an order from a paying customer. I have spent almost 5 hours on the phone with Att to be laughed at and the nerve of them wanting to charge me $150 for service technician....the WORST customer service and the worst manager David...they blamed it on my computer the ethernet issue and the crazy thing is I took it to geek squad and my ethernet worked perfectly...I also have it in writing...my computer is fairly new..I paid $3000 dollars for it....they will tell you anything to just get money out of you

3/8/26 time 5:03pm Hacker(s) stole a big chunk of data from my phone data plan again. DO NOT UPGRADE YOUR CELL PHONE! These are professional scams. I traded in my samsung galaxy s10+ for $800 towards my new phone. They took it and gave me nothing. When I called and asked them where my bill credits were they said I would not receive them because I didn't qualify for them. So they stole my phone. I also traded in my girlfriends iphone for an upgrade and they stole that phone as well and gave me 0 dollars. If I didn't qualify then why did they agree to give me trade in credits? Make it make sense.
