Called the corporate office and they was so unprofessional hung up on me phone problems still not solved
Horrible. Unlawful trespassing and obstruction of private property. Cutting our cable internet to install whatever the heck they did with zero notice or accountability. No association with the company as we are not carriers of this company individually. They have illegally trespassed onto our property obstructed our property and never notified us about doing so. This is the worst company to deal with when closing an account. Staff is rude, send you from person to person. Continue to repeat the same response that they apparently read from. Send you to go to corporate offices and still get the same response.
Costumer service is a joke spent almost 2 hrs on hold to speak to a manager placed a payment arrangements for my bill last month paid it in full and this month I had to do it again but it isn't allowing me to cuz my last minths arrangement is still in hold on my account even tho it's been paid for
Worst phone company in the world, the 5 different different stores I’ve been to tell me they can’t help me and that the people at the last store were just trying to make money all they care about it making money and when you call them on the phone no one has any answers they messed up my plan and put me on a business plan and doubled my bill there so much stuff I can’t stand this company
