Was going to tell our experience. But just scroll through the reviews and you will see AT&T is garbage. This saves me a lot of typing. Already wasted enough time dealing with incompetence from AT&T.
My husband got a new phone, an upgrade in February. Was told a label to return old phone would be sent to his email and that we would receive a $30 discount each month once phone returned. OR we could return to store. No time frame given.. We totally forgot about it and he never received email. Took it to a local AT&T to return or receive label. MISREPRESENTATION TOTALLY. THEY LIE. WHEN YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED THEY REFUSE TO REFUND AND COME UP WILL ALL SORTS OF FEES UNREFUNABLE SOBYOU ARE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. TOTALLY RECOMMEND NOT****** GOING WITH ATNT. SERVICE OVER $100 SLOWER THAN A TURTLE. 5G... NO WAY. IM FILING LITIGATION TO PROVE MY POINT. ILL RECIEVE 10 TIMES THE MISTAKE. It reminded me of a smaller, friendly version of Times Square in the heart of Dallas. We will definitely be back for some of the summer events!
