I hate ATT with a passion. On the phone 4 hrs. Service cut off for a $37 past due balance. Supervisor got angry and hung the phone up on me. Now on hold again.
5 Men employees at White Marsh, MD In an empty store, no one greeted me and the who I spoke to for new service was cocky and unapologetically RUDE, please AT&T hire better, stores are leaving MD for a reason, probably low sales.
What a joke it is with the cell phones nothing but money that's all they want pretty bad when he paid almost $300 a month for two lines and one line should not even be on there glad you're always going to get back to court again with me
ATT representatives can Not access my account to review and close my service. They keep billing me every month even I don’t have cell phone service with ATT. I switched and transferred my phone number to other carriers on June 2025. ATT changed my account information and even I can not access my account.
