My identity was stolen three years ago. I found out due to a collections case AT&T is refusing to speak to me on the phone because I haven’t filed the police report. I haven’t filed the police report because I didn’t know what this happened.
Bad communication!! Zero clarity or professionalism. Would not recommend dealing with them.
At&T is the worst, they simply cannot change my prepaid phone from one debit card to another..Helloo they’ve been putting men on the moon for more than 40 years! But At&T can’t figure out a way to switch from one debit card to another....useless and stupid
it should not take me 40 minutes of being pass around your phone system to get in touch with the group that handles the maintenance of your utility poles. Next time I will take a chain saw to the pole and cut it in half, then call and report the down wires, I think it will be quicker and less trouble than the bs I had to go through today to talk to an actual person who knew how to handle this question.
