AT&T is the worst company you can deal with for business communication. Avoid them like the plague. They have no clue what they are doing!! The sales manger Raj Chandhock is not professional, very hard to get a hold of, you literally you have to call him 20 times to answer you once. He sells you the system but has no tech background!! Warning Everyone especially seniors. I went to Best Buy to get a security camera and I was approached by someone I thought that worked there. Come to find out that he was a vendor representing At&t. He took my phone from my hands and opened it and got my phone number and email address. He also took pictures of my driver license front and back. His name is Dakota. A few days later I got a letter in the mail thanking me for applying for Direct TV and Internet. He also did a credit check on me. Dakota don't work for Best Buy he... read more
I bought a new phone and didn’t like it. I called her office to make a return these go ahead and start the process but notified me that there is a surprise $400 fee for a phone that cost less money. Unbelievable!
Totally the worst. Impossible !
