There are several utilities poles wires on the ground in Clayton County for 11 months now ( Hampton & Jonesboro), they are hanging the wires across fences or whatever they can put them. AT & T workers are working on the utilities poles however they are placing the live utilities wires on the ground once completed. This is a hazard, electrocution risk and safety issue to the public. Was an internet customer for over a decade. Lines are old in my neighborhood/they won’t replace them so they told me to cancel that service and try the ATT ‘internet air.’ That didn’t work either so also cancelled that. I was told it doesn’t even work in my area even though they signed me up for it. Now I continue to get bills and threatening emails even though the accounts were cancelled, settled the final bill and equipment was returned.
