My company performed service for them, and at the end, after over 2 years of patient calls and reminders I finally heard from the owner: "I feel like I paid you enough, you won't get the rest. My clients also sometimes stop paying their invoices so why I should pay you up in full." Sounds incredible and I was shocked to hear that, but that's what have happened.
