Great repair shop! Who would think someone living in Richmond would go to the city for car repairs--that would be me. Andy and Shirley are super helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and honest to a fault. I'm fairly new to the area and now I have a car doctor I can trust. The icing is they don't over charge or do unnecessary repairs plus they find great gently used parts--I just got 4 supposedly used tires but they look brand new and I feel safe and sound. Thank you!
Desireeee (yes 4 e's) and Gus taken care of me and my car from the moment I pulled in. This body shop is fast, reliable, and so informative. Seriously, Gus is the best. This was my first time dealing with my insurance and an accident. He let me know exactly what to do, how to dot it, and walked me through the entire process thank you so much for making this so easy!
