Terrible experience here today- was a bit late to an appointment, then the elevators were excruciatingly slow, the check in kiosk took 3x longer than a human would have to check us in, and signage was bad. By the time we got to the medical specialty desk (derm) they would no longer see us for the appointment. Pretty rough after taking time off work, school, and fighting traffic for 45 minutes to get to the office appointment, only to be charged at the kiosk and turned away at the desk.
