Terrible experience. Billing team is very rude. Beware!!! Here you get charged for a conversation that the doctor starts with you. And dare you continue the conversation because you will recieve a $300 bill for it.
Unfortunately, I’m not surprised to see that other patients have had an unpleasant experience with Tara Soco in the Allergy department! ….After eagerly waiting about 3 months for an appointment, on March 2, 2026, I was sadly subjected to Dr. Soco’s odd and unprofessional behavior. She was late to our confirmed appointment, blatantly expressed she did not care she was late and then proceeded to state the reason she was late was because she was “confused” with my Pre-Visit Update paperwork. This office is very professional and they run like clockwork. Check-in is a breeze with a minimum wait before you are seen. The staff is professional, compassionate and understanding.
The phlebotomists are excellent, however the Asian woman at the front desk today 2/10 11:30am, I limped in on a broken ankle and noticed there were two doors, I asked which one they call for blood work, she said either or I don’t know…ok fine, instead of being helpful and making sure me the patient is comfortable. That’s not the bad part, as I’m leaving, I kindly ask her what tests are ran in house…she says I don’t know and continues typing…I said umm do you mind going back there and asking someone please?
