I tried to be seen at urgent care, but they told me I needed to call and make an appointment first. So I guess you have to schedule your emergencies now.
pharmacy is terrible and sometimes will fill on time and sometimes makes up dates. I had commercial insurance for years and was treated with respect. When i switched to Madshealth, pharmacy became very rude and started filling my prescriptions on different days
Our family has been going here for primary care, specialities, and pediatrics for generations at this point. Absolutely the best. Pediatrics dept especially has gone above and beyond for the last 12 years for us. As a nurse myself, I will continue to recommend Atrius Braintree to anyone in need of care.
At this rate I’m pretty sure Norwood Harvard vanguard is the only one that has caring staff. I was with Quincy for 31 years since I was a baby and used them for my kids and they are just rude and a mess. Only good dr was Dr.Mani PCP but she retired. Pediatricians here are awful.. Braintree is the same way. Only sweet people are the receptionists. The doctors and nurses couldn’t be less interested in their jobs, and some are even uneducated. Part 1: I wanted to try Atrius Optical and was that a mistake. The reception person sat down and said “when you find what you want, put them on the end of the desk and I will check you out.” No help or orientation to a new place, The glasses I bought must not fit properly. If I look any way but straight ahead, they fall off. If I put them on my head, they get tangled in my hair. Part 2: I had received a vm saying my glasses were ready.
