My wife and I moved to here in September and are so happy we did. First of all, the facility itself reflects quality. The apartments are well taken care of and unusually spacious. What really struck me was the quality materials used in construction resulting in a quiet environment. My wife and I decided to downsize our lives, leaving a very large home in Shaker Heights. Beachwood was our preferred destination, and we decided to rent for a year or two while we evaluate our long-term needs. Went and visited the Atrium Two, was greeted by the Leasing Agent Kerry, who wouldnt even shake me or my girlfriends hand, stating she was just getting over a flu, which she sounded fine to me. She didnt offer us any seats while she took time to write monthly rent on a piece of paper with no other information. showed us a suite which I was very unimpressed, for over 2,000 a month I expect granite counter tops, ceramic floor like Easthaven or The Hamptons.
