This was my first time trying this salon and sadly my last. My hair looks great don’t get me wrong but the service was not the best. I had an appointment at 5:15pm, and ending up not seeing my stylist until 5:35.. I get 20 minutes isn’t THAT long but, if I have to put a credit card down just in case of a no show or rescheduling and it charges me 100%-50% then I should get some sort of discount for my stylist being late. Justin is an artist with hair. I am embracing my grey and he also gives me the most flattering style!
I wanted to share my experience to help others. I got my hair colored by Maria Garcia, and within three weeks the color started fading and turning orange/yellow, even though my hair was already bleached and not dark to begin with. This is not normal based on my past experiences — I’ve colored my hair many times and never needed a toner or refresh this fast. @MADE.BYMADS_ Very unprofessional, do not book with her! She is scamming clients and then blocks you if you try to get a refund for a horrible service she did on you, after already trying to blame you for her screw ups! Not to mention the service was $275 for it to look horrible after one wash. I am very disappointed DO NOT RECOMMEND MADISON AT THIS SALON! Down below I added in my inspo pic that I was supposed to receive VS. the hair Madison did after one single wash!
Justin is absolutely the best! No matter what I get done, I leave feeling like a million bucks. You won't be disappointed.
