The most important quality a property management company can have. because they deal with people's money, and lots of it, the importance of honesty cannot be underestimated. These people are consumate professionals. They are courteous, and knowlegeable, respect the property owners of the places they manage, and comply with the law. The best.
Atrium property services is a good management company. Jeff G***** the president is a no nonsense, property manager , with the motto of being a "problem solver" rather than a manager who does the required work , and leaves it at that. He is a serious man who listens and is beyond fair. I live in one of his properties, and had a bad accident during which I was hospitalized for a month and further, at a physical rehab . He was most gracious and could have added to my anxiety , by having to worry about my maintenance fee, which... read more
