This whole huuuuge apartment complex only has ONE trash receptacle area! & This really is a big complex!
terrible place to live It's a terrible place, no outgoing mailbox, you need bring your mail in office, just 1 garbage recycle in whole complex, you need drive all the time when you wanna throw away a garbage, my car was stolen from front parking lot, broken window in a car, noisy neighborhood and no parking space ever, as I said worst place ever
Worst Apartment Experience Ever! I had to stay in an apartment while I was building my house. The parking was not an issue if you pay for a covered parking space. They have new management that tries to monitor the covered parking and broken down vehicles in the uncovered lots. I have seen vehicles towed. However, the walls are thin, there are no non-smoking apartments, all my below neighbor's smoke rises to fill my apartment. The two apartments in my building sell dope. I have had only negative experiences when it comes to having anything fixed in my apartment since I moved in. The staff at the office is rude and extremely unhelpful and only worry about getting new tenants in. The upstairs apartment has had a leak going into my bathroom for months and nothing has been done about it. it is now moldy and falling down with holes in it. There was also a leak in my shower and water was getting in the wall. Maintenance told me it just needed new caulking and that the wall was fine even though it ... read more
It is a good place to live. A good central place to live that has easy access to the outside life style. The staff here are nice and helpful and maintenance around here is good and fast.
After living here a few months, I absolutely love this apartment community!!! There is a pool + hot tub + Club House with internet access and a television. Also they allow most pets too! Easy Choice.
This place is the worst ran place I have ever lived at. Office staff doesn't know anything or doesn't care. To get things fixed around your apartment it takes weeks. We paid for covered parking to guarantee us parking since we worked nights, when we came home and someone was parked in our spot we would have to wait about an hour for security to show up and if it happened in the day time the office people wouldn't tow they would just tag the vehicle and say they have 24 hours to move the vehicle.
