Do NOT move here. I moved here in the summer and found my AC was broken. I called, texted and emailed management and they did not fix it for 30 days. My thermostat read 95 degrees--I had to leave my pet with a friend because it was unlivable. They gave me a fan to "help", but it brought the temperature to 90. After 2 weeks of being fixed, it broke again. Aside from that, the so called gym in the basement is ridiculous. The fact that we pay $60 a month for this amenity is absurd. Just another leasing company that will try to wring you dry for every penny you own.
I have been living at this location for the past 3 years and have had zero complaints until now. Within the past two months I have been cited with a warning and violation for smoking within the building, which has resulted in damages to the building. But this is the strange part “I do not smoke”. I have reached out to atrium/Evernest numerous times by email and phone but have yet to receive any kind of response in regards to these accusations.
