Knox with maintenance is amazing! He is responsive and really cares about producing quality work and making sure that residents are taken care of. He goes above and beyond and communicates well from the beginning of the work order until completion (and even follows up afterwards to make sure everything is still working afterwards.). Service like this is rare these days. He deserves all the stars.

Great staff, the place was clean, and the location is great. They have some nice amenities including a gym and club area with a TV and desks for working at home.

Awesome stay at Atrium on the books. Really like how the gym was so private and that the building was quiet inside despite being in downtown. Also a big fan of the huge windows and brick walls.

Do NOT move here. I moved here in the summer and found my AC was broken. I called, texted and emailed management and they did not fix it for 30 days. My thermostat read 95 degrees--I had to leave my pet with a friend because it was unlivable. They gave me a fan to "help", but it brought the temperature to 90. After 2 weeks of being fixed, it broke again. Aside from that, the so called gym in the basement is ridiculous. The fact that we pay $60 a month for this amenity is absurd.
