I've been trying to reach the office for three weeks. Left several messages and never hear back. I need two prescriptions filled. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone who actually works in the office. When I call during business hours it goes straight to voicemail. And then there's an after hours answering service that clearly isn't relaying any of my messages. Seriously considering finding a new primary. This has been an ongoing issue with this office but this month has been especially bad.
Dr. Mehta is kind and very caring. Looks at you and not all the time at the computer screen. Been with him 11 years
Very thorough and professional
Dr. Mehta is a good thorough physician with quick response times in need. And Robin is hands down one of the best medical professionals I have ever dealt with.
