I contacted Atrium because I had a question about the new lease renewal. I was happy and impressed that Trinity got back to me so quickly. Trinity called me and got right on my concerns. I have attempted to contact Atrium several times regarding a rental I was interested in, and have been unable to have a very simple question answered. If they treat their prospective tenants this way, it would seem I dodged a bullet. If you cannot even engage with new customers, the customer service for existing tenants must be unspeakably bad (and based on complaints and reviews, this seems to be the case).
Working with Sarai has been an absolute pleasure. From the moment we connected, she made us feel supported and prioritized. Been working with Trinity, Sarai and Steven for a long time and all I can say is, they are AWESOME Great people to work with 10/10
Sarai helped me out with a rental property and she was amazing! Answered every question I had and got me exactly what I needed, I would recommend anyone to her that is looking to rent in the Tampa area.
