I’ve loved living here so far. I guess I got lucky. Since my aim wasn’t to get the most affordable apartment, but to get a NICE apartment at a convenient location. Tried to bully me out of my last review, but honestly it needs to be said. They have consistent issues with mail and I had constant issues with packages being stolen. Maintenance can take weeks to come to you even for the simplest thing (changing the battery of a fire detector). There was constantly a new person at the leasing office and had multiple incidents with them not knowing how to do their job. Updating my review after moving out. Maintenance guys are top tier and always took care of my issues within 24 hours of me putting in a service request. The leasing office on the other hand is atrocious to work with, often over promising and under delivering. Rules are enforced inconsistently leading to confusion and it is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. The status quo is to leave a message and hope they get back to you in the next few days. I have lived here almost three years and I’m not sure what has been going on the last six months, but the front office has become insane. They are trying to enforce luxury living rules with not one luxury benefit. It’s actually ridiculous considering we are on a street that has gunshots, wrecks & police sirens regularly. I almost caught a stray on my porch a few months ago from people shooting a few feet away from me. We have homeless residents that sleep by the buildings literally year-round. I was so impressed by the work done by the maintenance staff at Atrium when the replaced my hot water heater. It went down and on the same day that I reported it, Maintenance (Freddie and Parrish) had it there the same day and had it installed at 9am the next morning. That would have usually taken days. 5 stars all day!!!
