This place should be taken to court for how the steal money. I applied months ago and didnt get approved thank God. My husband has perfect credit but my credit is not but I make 1500 dollars a week so our combined income was more than enough. Beyond frustrated with Atrium Lofts at Cold Storage. The COVID situation is so bad that they have had to close our one pool and make the other pool only Available during business hours making it impossible for a person with a 9-5 Job to enjoy the amenities that we pay for. However My husband and I have been forced to put ourselves at risk using community washrooms for our laundry for over 3 weeks because of lack of communication between maintenance and management. You wonder why the reviews are all from years ago! They will take your money! They hide behind BS in the many page online documents! Don’t sign unless you will move in. You will lose your $200 plus $50 app fee! They will pressure you if you are a girl to sign up now even after you explain your situation!
RecommendedVery affordable and comfortable apartments. The distance to VCU campus is very convenient. Free parking is also amazing. The staff here are very cordial and helpful.
Been here since January 1st 2012, and I absolutely love this place. Friendly staff, mostly respectful tenants/neighbors, and pretty quiet. Location is fantastic, and I plan on being here for a while longer. No place is gonna be perfect, but this is pretty damn close. Definitely worth looking into if you are looking for a new apartment.

The apartments are overly expensive nice but over priced. I lived in a loft off the street and the police and ambulance were non stop from day to night sirens basically like being in the hood but paying 1100 a mnth... I will say that all utilities were included which is tight so I enjoyed that but the young lady at the front office after Janay left SUCKS she's lazy AF has a bad attitude and clearly hates her job. We've been here for almost a year & love it! We had a maintenance issue & the maintenance staff came out after hours to ensure our safety & comfort. The complex is super dog friendly & quiet. We'll be residents for the long run ❤️
