I sent the following email after our stay, no reply so am posting. As several others reviews state - Do not spend your money and stay here. Hoping you can pass this email on to the most relevant people, that is the owners and management company. My partner and I have stayed in several hundred hotels, BnB's, holiday parks etc in all parts of Australia and numerous countries. I have never had cause to write a similar email as this. This hotel was great but now it has bad chlorine smells from the pool which is inside the actual hotel. It's noisy during school holidays with kids in the pool. The ventilation must have st I predicted working as I.stayed here years ago and it was not like it is now.
As a senior I have stayed here on and off for many yrs,I have sent many emails about my last stay there ,and they haven't replied once Our room ran on the oldest air con that it was yellow, the shower curtain had mold on the ends,the small couch had to be covered by a old blanket to hide the stains, the bed was old and pillows hard ,on the balcony we over looked the many bins that were under our balcony that close we could smell them Sad we don't even get a reply I know it's getting old and that's what I liked ,just a hit or... read more
