Curtains that allow daylight to come through, no microwave to heat up meals, no Netflix, no wifi , no water bottles left in fridge, cheap Nescafe coffee sachets, no power point in bedroom - no aircon - no lamp - no shampoo or conditioner not even a Bible to read, $389 a night Valentine's Wasn't even given a bottle 🍾 wine Absolutele disgraceful Shame on you Don't come back with bullshit excuses,you know you didn't do the right thing when hiring out the motel room to us.

Horrendous experience with this hotel when they abruptly advised they couldn't honour our long-standing booking (made 5 months in advance just one day prior to our scheduled 2nd January stay. Despite receiving explicit email confirmation that our party, including additional guests, could be accommodated within the room's capacity, we were informed that our reservation could not be honored due to a "maximum occupancy" issue. This hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. The beds are very bad. Probably original from 1982 along with the carpet. The pool needs to be taken out of the lobby as the smell of Chlorine makes you dizzy. A new outdoor pool area shoukd be created as there is plenty of space with derelict buildings and pit holed carpark. It's in such a good location the hotel is busy so previously no pressure to renovate but now it's beyond a joke.
