If I could give zero stars I would. It took three times to get a key that would get me into my room. Not a single bedside lamp or electrical plug worked. The younger gal upfront was kind — bless your heart honey — you can do better than this hotel! What a sad excuse of an establishment. Go to a motel 6 or some other 2 star joint because this one is zero!
They have clean and large rooms which is good. However, there is no tooth brush or tooth paste in the rooms and you have to buy them from the gift shop! Also, there is no bottle water in the rooms. The restaurant charges an additional 20% as gratuity, if you use vouchers, so keep that in mind when tipping! Though the food was ok (I went to the main restaurant not the pizza place). The airconditioning in the room stopped working in the middle off the night. Help at front desk was terrible (3 different people on different dates), shuttle to the aiport was late (also happened to several other people) and nobody was helpful. The only good was the pizza crew pit.
