I was staying here for two nights for a literature event. There service is great, whether it's at the lobby reception, breakfast area and even at the bar area, everyone is so polite and helpful. I had my room key locked and it was after midnight and I was worried if anyone would be there or might be sleeping, but to my surprise they were to help me immediately.
