I havehad a great experience with Atrium Hospice. I especially want to acknowledge their marketer, Ransford. He takes his time to explain everything clearly and makes sure families understand how hospice works, what services are available, and what to expect. I tried to have my grandmother admitted, and even though she couldn’t be accepted due to being on her third pay period, Ransford explained the policy in detail and made sure we understood every step. Atrium hospice care was provided for my mom last month during her last days of battling cancer, I must say these ladies are so sweet and kind and I was lucky to have them by our side during this time of need. Their response time was quick whenever I needed them to come out and they literally stayed by my mom side when she transitioned and also made the necessary call.
