Initially, I thought they were top notch. Not pleased any longer with their service. Their nurses know their business but they don't come when they are scheduled and sometimes have to cancel at the last minute and reschedule. This causes stress to their elderly patients which the nurse we are dealing with just can't seem to understand. I am going to try to find another service to help my mom.
