My wife and I dealt with the rudest medical professional in our lives when we went in to give blood for the gender test. I don't know her name, but she's a black female, average build, around 6 foot tall, and has a tattoo behind her ear. No greeting other than telling my wife where to sit. Gives my wife attitude when she asked a simple question about the test. She used latex to tie around my wife's arm when her medical history chart says she's allergic to latex! Uncomfortable, unorganized, and it’s two MD’s that should reconsider their profession. And ironically they’re nowhere in these good reviews out of hundreds . Not from either location. I didn’t see their names not ONCE And I know why. If you’re expecting, be observant, listen , and go with your gut ! And also check your appointment details and billing.
All of the staff are very kind and helpful, started coming here about a year ago and never left! I’m grateful for my experiences with all of the tests I’ve had and the attentiveness of NP Licario she’s amazing and listened to all my concerns! 10/10 recommend for anyone on the fence about this facility
