Do not go to Dr. Kallie Metz. This was the worst experience I had in a medical facility.

Everyone was very delightful, informative, and gentle. However, I am still waiting to physically see my blood work in MyChart it’s been two weeks. They’ve only called and told me results but I’m a visual person.
I had a 02/03/26 initial appointment with Dr. Guinevere Bullard. My appointment went smoothly..I like the location,ease of scheduling etc.The two ladies at the front office desk ladies were welcoming, and greeted me with good eye contact and instructions re: my appt. I always feel that those initial first greetings can set the tone in a positive manner. Next, Maxine ( the CNA/LPN/ RN?)introduced herself and escorted me to the intake room,took my vitals,went over meds,and reviewed questions prior to my seeing the doctor. DR. ... read more
