Absolute garbage facility, though I never really expect much from Atrium, much less excellence. Waited over half an hour to see a PA, not even a doctor, and will not be returning.
Dr Evans deserves 10 stars however, since he has retired I have been dropped as a patient. In fact, I was told that no one there will see a male patient for IC. I have called multiple times to be seen by someone with no appointment. I have asked the office manager to call and not a peep. How did we get here where a patient can be denied assistance due to sex? I can't even get an answer from anyone in this office as to where the other male patients are being referred to.
I've had Dr. Hodges as my urologist for a very long time and he's always been courteous, respectful of your time, and very efficient in making his appointments both quick and thorough. He's also very communicative and has made my life with chronic urological issues much more bearable.
