I was seen yesterday for ear pain and a UTI. My ears were impacted with wax so the nurse practitioner decided to do an ear wash. Upon doing the ear wash, she stuck a pen light in my ear which ended with me having a ruptured ear drum, and a lot of pain. The nurse practitioner didn't act apologetic and instead acting like it wasn't a big deal. I now can't hear out of my right ear, and it has been bleeding. I went to them to feel better not worse. Now with no insurance I now have to visit an ENT to get it fixed.
By far the worst urgent care in Mocksville.
Dr Hollar is very nice, nurses are great. Got an appt that was not booked out too far, minimum wait time in waiting room! Was able to return for labwork fasted another day with no wait time either !
Never have an issues goin here since i moved to north Carolina they nurses and doctors are all very kind and understanding even telling us about stuff they've experienced too to make sure we arent alone in whts happening to us
