Very nice facility with friendly staff. Locker rooms are excellent and kept clean.
A geriatric gym. A lot of no brainers that this gym is missing. No stair master? Sir my cheap apartment gym I had when I was 20 had a stair master. No water fountains in the pool room? No squat rack? This is a planet fitness style of ‘gym’ where there’s little to no functional equipment, except at least planet fitness has a over abundance of cardio machines, but this gym only has 6 treadmills, which are obviously always filled up. This gym is affordable, which is important with today's economy. The membership is a little over 40 dollars. Included in the membership is working equipment, indoor track, basketball court, fitness classes, three pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness areas upstairs, and downstairs. There are locker rooms with showers for women, men, and kids. The receptionists are professional and helpful. They have personal trainers on site.
