We visited this hospital seven days ago, and no one has reached out to us since. We were told someone would follow up, but we have received no communication, no treatment plan, and no medication. It’s extremely frustrating to be left without any guidance after seeking medical help. This level of follow‑up and patient care is unacceptable, and we expected much better from a healthcare facility.
