We saw Mary Cooke, PA-C for our follow up appointment. Despite it being months since we saw her, she recognized us in the lobby and kindly helped me find the office. The reception staff was friendly and efficient. The medical assistant was polite and patient with my child. Mary explained everything and made me and my child feel comfortable and reassured.
