I was there for my six weeks post op checkup after shoulder replacement surgery. Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient. I was informed the schedule was running behind about 15 -20 minutes but I think my wait was perhaps 10 minutes after x-rays were taken. Excellent experience at this appointment.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with the practice manager at this orthopedics facility. While the medical providers themselves were professional, the management side significantly detracted from the overall quality of care. The practice manager, was dismissive, unresponsive, and lacked basic professionalism when concerns were raised.
