Love Dr Palma. He took plenty of time with me and answered all my questions and concerns. The staff is friendly and supportive

I went in for an evaluation at the neurosurgery department, and I was very disappointed in the neurosurgery department. At the first visit, even though the doctor was told what he was seeing me for, as soon as I got there, he could not make any evaluations without an MRI being done. Had he told me I needed the MRI first, we could have accomplished in one visit what he forced to be stretched out to two visits, with the added travel time, co-payment, and anxiety.
