I had a $5 balance I didn’t realize was still owed after insurance paid a bill. Since I never received the statement, they sent it to a collection agency that’s now hassling me over $5 dollars. Honestly, this has to be the pettiest thing I’ve ever dealt with from a business. I hope the $5 was worth the 1 star review.
