I'd give zero starts if possible, had my baby with them in November, after delivery was taken to a room the size of a broom closet ( which wasn't the wrost part) my bed was broken, I let them know it was broken and they didn't care. As far as my child he's 2 months old now and we're fighting to get his SS card because the staff never turned in his information nor did they add his name to ANY of the paperwork so I'm having to jump through hoops to try and get all the information needed to get my baby the stuff needed.
