I have mixed feelings here. The folks in the imaging center were professional. The online e-check in is a hassle. Not only does it take a long time to fill out the E-Check in forms, when you actually arrive at the facility where you're going to have a procedure or x-rays done, you have to go through it all over again. They say they're required to do it when you show up. So not only is it hassle to do, it's a waste of time.
Kayla was the scheduling assistant for me via phone call. She went out of her way to contact several imaging centers around the area to get me scheduled ASAP due to immediate complications of health concerns. She was so courteous and she made me felt heard and that my pain was actually recognized; as a human and not just a number. Thank you for your integrity and diligence. You are a beautiful soul✨
