I saw a new provider today. She was extremely rude. Hopefully the next provider will be better.
The facility and staff are top notch however they are dishonest with billing. Be very careful because without even seeing it, you will be signing that you agree to pay the balance that your insurance does not pay. This is highly unethical and I’m disappointed to see that a facility of this stature would do that to its patients.
As always, the care team from the entrance to the hospital, through out the labs, the one on one with Lisa Thomas FNP, and the infusion team, we encountered only professionalism, compassion, kindness, and top notch care. Unless you have to sit in a seat waiting to see the hematology/ oncology team, you may not realize the value of the health care members verbal and nonverbal care measures. I would choose my care to be delivered by that team anytime. I continue to pray for Jennifer in her journey. Blessings over that facility... read more
