Wonderful staff! Sometimes the wait is a bit long but to me, it’s a good sign since it shows a busy practice with happy patients like myself!
Everyone is exceptional
Oakcrest reached out to me on Wednesday 7/30 asking if I can bring my daughter to a referral appointment on the next day Thursday 7/31. Arrived at the appointment only for her to tell me we are not on the schedule for today however my atrium app shows my appointment for 7/31 @ 845am. Needless to say they fit us in (even though we already had an appointment) however just like everyone else comment the wait time is ridiculous! After being with them a few years, were going elsewhere. Today my son had a followup check up (his exam was in March). I was not told they would be dilating his eyes. Our appt was at 8:45 and we had another appt at 10. If figured it would be fine. Was told to get there at 8:30. We got there at 8:30 and were not brought back to an exam room until 9:30. I told them I have to leave at 9:50 to get to the 10:00 am appointment and they said they would not even be ready for him by then because they were going to have to dilate his ... read more
I love them at Oakcrest! The e staff is friendly, patient and very welcoming when you arrive for your appointment every time. Yes there are times when the wait time may be long but thats only when coming for a consult and they tell you to prepare for that wait time before coming to your appointment. I have been coming here for over a year and my kids and I wouldn’t change our eye doctors we have always been able to get a quick response and worked in when dealing with urgent issues.
