I am not the biggest fan of going to medical facilities, especially after a recent horrific experience I had at a Novant ER in Winston Salem. However, the staff and facility at Atrium Health in Clemmons was amazing! Everyone I came into contact with was with courteous, knowledgeable & professional. The facility was clean & felt safe both inside & out. I received the assistance & quality of care that I needed in a timely manner. My visit was quick, staff friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
It was easy to schedule an appointment. Everyone was very nice and seemed to actually care about me. I have always been happy with this practice.
I would just see my experience with this facility was fantastic. I walked in and with no time I got treated and was back out the door.
