It's been a minute since I've had to go to urgent care. It was confusing for me especially with which clinics are open on the weekends. I managed to get an appointment to this one for a quick check-up and they were quick to get my information. Virtual check-in was super easy and getting set up for the portal even easier. I plan on swapping over to Atrium for primary care as well.
No after appt care discussed except “if you feel worse come back”. My chart stuff says to take naproxen. I was not told that. The notes in my chart are wrong. I reported both fever and rash and dr saw the rash. The notes say none reported. Won’t go back
I was checked in immediately with a fairly short wait time to see physician. All care was excellent!
