I had positive experiences here in the past, which is why I returned, but this situation was completely different. The issue was not with my visit itself, but with the follow-up support I received afterward. I was spoken to harshly and dismissively, and it felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. Have been doing procedures there for a long time; Dr. Thermappa is very skilled, careful, warm, interested in me as a person, answers questions honestly and thoroughly, never leaves me waiting. Esthetician Givanna is a great asset to the practice, she is very sweet, caring, informative, makes me feel welcome and cared for, knows what she's doing. I wouldn't go anywhere else for cosmetic care.
They were friendly, and they explained everything.And if you wanted to know something they told you the truth, so this is I highly recommended place
