I went for lab work earlier today and a lady was cleaning and asked if my son or I were sensitive to smells before spraying Lysol spray. I really appreciated her asking as both my son and I get migraines from Lysol. She said she would wait until we left. It was very kind of her to ask and I really appreciated it! I've always had a good experience getting lab work done here. They are very fast and always pleasant!
The old lady who thinks she owns the place is rude. The staff is incompetent. 7 to 8 pokes later they still need more blood from a 25 pound 1 year old.
The woman collecting blood for my son today was very nice and made an effort to talk to him to make him comfortable. He was worried about it before but he said she was so nice he’s not worried about doing it again.
They will not share lab results with the pediatrician. Ridiculous
