Very impressed! I made an appointment first thing Sunday morning for 9:08. Walked in at 9:05 to an empty waiting room. Very helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. I was seen promptly and was back in my car by 9:26. Dr. Peter was thorough and efficient in diagnosing my ear issue. Highly recommend coming here for urgent care needs.
I went to urgent care because I had reopened a previous surgical wound, with the stitches previously removed about a week earlier. I fully expected it would be a simple matter of cleaning the wound and titching it shut or closing it with sterie-strips. The PA that saw me told me he couldn't do anything because the wound would have to be debraided and or shaved back with a scalple on both sides and restiched shut. I was greeted with a wonderful caring staff member, nurse was wonderful & my PA was also great. Everyone at this facility went beyond & above to make me feel welcome & cared for!
