I had a great experience at Redstone UC today. Everyone was so friendly from the receptionist at the desk to the nurses and Dr. Dr Louie is the best, he is so friendly and made my whole process smooth. I'd give 10 stars if I could!
Krystal was exceptional!! I don’t remember the doctor’s name (19 September 2025 around 730pm) but he was also exceptional. I truly appreciated that he went the extra mile to help me rather than just prescribe another antibiotic for my ongoing ear infection. Truly a star staff and urgent care! Thanks again!

Front desk was friendly. I had an appt and went in on time. The rn, Nyeshya was very sweet and thorough. Dr Drummond listened and explained things well. Very positive experience!
