The staff was very polite. The only reason that I did not leave 5 stars is because the doctor really could not help me with my problem. So, I ended up having to go to an ER.
Very happy with the care I received at my sick visit
This was only my second time there but the same doctor treated me. Dr. Louie! He is the best! Worth the wait time, he doesn’t rush in and out. He makes you feel like you are his only patient. He is very kind, professional, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. Very relatable. The place is clean, receptionist is polite and helpful.
The PA was attentive an professional. I would rather have been seen by a doctor than PA since I did have to pay my full copay. Also after having my arm squeezed till it turned beet red (very painfully) by the rooms BP machine the nurse, who didn’t seem surprised, went out to bring in a portable one to take my BP again. This is a relatively new facility why do they have malfunctioning equipment?
Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was awesome and professional!!!
