The PA was attentive an professional. I would rather have been seen by a doctor than PA since I did have to pay my full copay. Also after having my arm squeezed till it turned beet red (very painfully) by the rooms BP machine the nurse, who didn’t seem surprised, went out to bring in a portable one to take my BP again. This is a relatively new facility why do they have malfunctioning equipment?
Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was awesome and professional!!!
The PA was especially helpful and prescript the right medication.
The receptionist was very nice and got me checked in for my appointment. I didn't have too long of a wait between seeing the nurse and PA. They were both great in listening to my symptoms and asking questions to see what the issue was. I would recommend this Urgent Care even for a minor issue.
I had fallen and hurt my foot, so, I went to this Urgent Care to have it checked out. There were no cars parked in front of the Urgent Care. Upon entering, the waiting room was empty. When I tried to check in, I was asked if I had an appointment; I said no because I thought you didn’t need one for an Urgent Care. The receptionist then told me I would have a 2 1/2 hr wait because I didn’t have an appointment.
