Good and fast service.
Very fast service
I'm leaving 5 stars because my experience with my Urgent Care Appointment went well. My overall experience with my sickness was confusing. At the appointment I was told ttheir on site analysis showed a clear infection and they prescribed antibiotics. I started meds and my symptoms subsided. A few days later I received a call saying the lab where they sent my sample showed no infection/bacteria and I could stop meds.
I use this service when I have a small but urgent problem. I usually seek my VA doctor, but a drive to Salisbury is a bit much for a sore throat. I'm a veteran and have never had a problem with receiving service here. At least what I thought was strep throat turned out to be just a regular sore throat. The service and people were nice and helpful.
Reserving appointments online is very convenient. Was called back on time. Courteous and respectful staff. Doctor responded to appointment quickly, little waiting time. My only critic is I do not like being billed and was not given the option to pay for appointment at the time.
