Aside from the nurse who showed me to the exam room I was very disappointed in the care team at this facility. The front desk associate was rude and showed no concern for customer service. Most importantly, the PA whom I was seeing for a finger injury and possible infection got no closer than five feet from me. How do you assess an injury and possible infection from across the room? There was zero compassion shown and I had to prod her to tell me any signs I should watch for indicating infection. Just antibiotic and go home!... read more
It was the worst UC situation I've ever been in. Briana Simmons was the worst nurse(?) I have ever encountered, I feel bad for anyone who sees her in the future, and she really needs to be removed immediately, I was too kind to her than she deserved while getting only hostility in return. I didn't want to be rude so I told her I wouldn't talk over her while she was speaking. That's when she snapped. I try to be kind to everyone, but it would be a basic human service to remove her for everyone with potential medical problems ... read more
