All staff members were friendly and helpful. I’m very pleased.
I had a great experience at this urgent care in Lincolnton. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. I was seen by PA B, Simmons, and she was wonderful. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism I received during my visit. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable provider!
Administration is severely lacking, in my view. Scheduling for colonoscopy is confusing and unprofessional; the lady I spoke to mentioned several other people have been inconvenienced as well. Urgent care in Lincolnton sent my report to the emergency room in Shelby, they didn't mention this to me. Why in the world would you do this when Lincoln Atrium is right down the road? Avoid this place. Go to a minute clinic instead. Was advised to return to work by the NP without any tests. now all my coworkers are sick. Also, this office refused to make a 5 minute phone call to get my meds authorized so I wouldn’t have to pay an arm and a leg. Lazy and careless at best.
