Took me in on time, very efficient and very courteous staff. I would suggest booking online if you can but walk ins didn't wait long from what I observed in the lobby.
System messed up and bumped us up to an earlier appointment time than what we signed up for online. Not sure why. Maybe because no one else was in line? I’m not sure. But as soon as I got the automated text telling me to check in 35 mins prior to my appointment time I called them to let them know what the system was doing and they told us not to worry about it. Great experience at the Belmont Urgent Care. The staff was great, from the check in to the end of the visit. I was in and out in record time and the ladies working the day I was there were all so pleasant.
Easy to get an online appointment, very helpful staff, and no waiting around.
