Very friendly staff
I had a very good experience. Everyone was friendly, polite and professional. I did not have a long wait time after arriving for my appointment. The facility was clean and I felt safe.
We brought our son in with a 102° fever and were turned away while the office was still open. We were essentially told to take him to the ER. While I understand that there may be limitations on what can be treated, the lack of compassion, explanation, and basic customer care was very disappointing—especially when dealing with a sick child. In situations like this, empathy and clear communication matter just as much as policy.
