They have the most sweetest staff! Usually seen pretty quick, but I do understand it is urgent care. Highly recommend going here.
It was a terrible experience. I request service, was told the service would be provided, waited over two hours just to be told by the “provider” Cheryl Baxter, and I use that term loosely, that she wouldn’t perform the testing. She was very rude and unprofessional. If she is who you have to see I would recommend going somewhere else!
Extremely unprofessional experience with Allison Bridges, PA at Robinwood Urgent Care. My husband politely asked her to wear a mask and clean her stethoscope before examining our INFANT son during SICK season. She said nothing, then gave him a long, hostile death glare in silence before continuing the exam. We reported the incident to front desk staff, who were aware, but she later denied the entire thing in front of other employees. Completely unacceptable behavior toward concerned parents.
Everyone was friendly and helpful and I didn’t have to wait too long.
Atrium urgent care was phenomenal. Very courageous and caring. The LPN let me know what was going on. Wait time was short. Thank you Atrium.
