I’m in from out of town and had an injury and seizure at GREAT WOLF LODGE, went to This ER. I went through the metal detectors and it beeped but no officer was around so I stood there waiting.. my husband can in and it beeped. So he made me go back through after telling him I had a seizure and possible broken foot. After waiting for 3 hours for simple IV fluids for fainting and dehydration, the nurse I had was extremely rude even though we were being so nice and polite. After I mentioned I had a port she became very upset and angry and said she didn’t know how to do ports and had never done one. The doctor said they had a different person who could do a port but the nurse came back over and told us to just leave. Wouldn't test for what I asked to be tested for because it was too expensive. Didn't actually address the reason why I came in there in the first place. Dr. said she didn't know what was going on with me but if anything gets worse follow up with my doctor. I did feel like the "professionals" didn't take me seriously, down to the paramedic who picked me up. He told triage that I was terrified of a blood pressure cuff smh!!! This hospital killed a friend of mine's by giving them Too much medication to sedate them during a procedure and stop their heart from working then they act like it was nothing i believe that they owe her family apology and compensation for their loss they don't have any consideration for life the doctor was just smiling in asking.
