If you need to be treated quickly don’t come here! You’ll be sitting in the waiting room for hours!! I’ve never been to an emergency room that took their precious time getting people to the back rooms to treat them especially if it’s a real emergency like someone having an asthma attack. Waited for 2/3 hours for a breathing treatment. If you want faster service please pick a different hospital!

Went to the ER on tuesday 1/6/26 complain of severe chest pains and headache and fever and Achy joints , was sat in the hallway once called back for my visit told them my Symptoms and that I was in Excruciating pain and all they did was a ekg and x ray and said they look fine and told me you got the flu , and to go home to continue taking Tylenol and ibuprofen alternate them And drink Plenty of Fluids . Shame on you JORGE NAGEL, MD and ER staff! I had a deeply disturbing experience at this ER. Nurses and doctors were dismissive and showed very little compassion. I was admitted while in and out of consciousness, and my sister was with me to help advocate. When staff could not get clear answers from me, they did not call my sister or allow FaceTime, even though she had made sure my phone stayed with me. I remember calling her multiple times on FT, but staff still chose not to allow her to help answer and/or advocate for me. W... read more
