My wife and I have had 3 children, all at other hospitals, and I can say without a doubt the people here are the best. The nurses, the nurse practitioner, the cooks, the food, all of it. They're all genuinely nice people who truly care. We had to bring our 1 month old here for a medical emergency. I have to give special recognition to Dr. Pubantz. He was able to understand my logic of thinking and provide me with numerous options. Pro's and Con's to each along with his professional recommendation. He's an expert in his field... read more
I can truly say. I've delivered all my kids at Union County Labor & Delivery! This year was different being induced.. But all the staff were awesome.. But the one out of all Tori RN did an fantastic Job.. Even when I got sent over from my doctors, that was my first time meeting her, and oh she had the biggest smile.. she's was very polite. ISABEL delivered good as well.. All the staff treated you just like you wanted to be treated!! We need more staff like you guys there.. YOU ALL ROCK!!!!
Almost got my wife C-sectioned because of their miscommunication with OB/GYN. Our delivery team was the best but the nursing team failed us breastfeeding. If you are planning to breastfeed your baby, please find another hospital who is pro-breast feeding. Nurses don't seem to be knowledgeable or well trained when it comes to feeding. Don't seem to know or care about Golden Hour. For the sake of their reading on glucose level, nurse chugged the formula to our baby instead of working hard and trying the best to successfully br... read more
I want to take this time to thank the staff that took care of my daughter Valerie. She came in for abdominal pain and ended being appendicitis. The ER nurse and PA that helped us when we got there were GREAT. Also Dr. David Rice and his surgical staff were so friendly, calming and very informative through this scary time. The nurses were amazing Kasey Medlin and Emily Watkins. They made my scared and anxious daughter feel at ease and comfortable. It was an excellent experience. Thank you for what yall do!
