The workflows need clear revisiting from the organization. Either lack of capacity or blatant lack of care for good service. Waited 3 hours to be seen. It wasn’t even busy. They have to have their own people leaving reviews, I don’t believe the rating is truly the average. I work in healthcare as an exec, it’s unacceptable, people should be fired. I’m tempted to email someone higher up in Ops because they clearly aren’t doing their jobs. Regardless of your pain level, if your time is important in the slightest, go elsewhere.

I normally don’t write reviews but this Emergency department is some of the nicest, down to earth, knowledgeable people i have ever encountered during emergency care. If i have any health issues I come here knowing that they will give me the best care they can provide. Yes sometimes it’s super busy and sometimes it can cause a wait but it’s always worth it

Inefficient, sat in the waiting room after getting vitals done and then after a lengthy wait and finally brought back they then give me forms to fill out after I’ve been waiting in multiple stages. We could have cleared all this up a while ago. Still waiting on treatment after I was referred by urgent care who told me this would be quick…
