Amazing staff, I’ve never felt so cared for at an ER appointment. PA DAVID MCKEARN listened to my concerns, recommended test and blood work to try to figure out what was going on. Everyone here is so SWEET. Well mannered and tentative. Wait time was long but amazing services makes up for it!!!!

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally dispute the charges associated with my recent visit to an Atrium Health facility and to request a fair and reasonable refund. I presented with cold symptoms and was evaluated briefly by a Physician Assistant in a hallway setting. I was never placed in a treatment room, did not occupy a bed, and did not receive extended care. Terrible, dismissive care – extremely disappointing ER experience I had one of the worst healthcare experiences of my life at Atrium Health Emergency Room at SouthPark. I arrived mid-week around 10pm, and the ER was nearly empty — I was essentially the only patient there. Despite this, the level of care was shockingly poor.
