Excellent service from parking to checkout. Doctor explained everything and answered all my questions. Next steps were clear and reassuring.
Worst experience of my life. As with most things Atrium, service is fragmented, confusing, and inaccessible to most. I would not trust the physicians at Sanger with a common cold, much less my heart. Update: Atrium’s response serves to emphazize how they really don’t care about patients. They send the same automated response to all unfavorable reviews directing the reviewer to call their customer care number. I wonder if Atrium recognizes the irony.
