I can't believe I'm giving an ER a 5 star rating but I couldn't have been more impressed. Every other time in my life I have needed to go to the ER I have waited for hours to see someone. The waiting room was completely empty and I was called back in less than 5 minutes. Immediately 4 clinicians were in the room accessing me. They drew labwork (which again I expected would take hours to process) and the results were back in less time than it took me to watch an episode of King of Queens on the TV in the room I was in. I’ve had stellar experiences both of the times I’ve visited this location! The security team is very kind! The ladies at the check-in are awesome & efficient! The team of nurses is absolutely incredible! Julie in radiology is particularly exceptional! She is truly an angel and the kind of nurse you want caring for you when you’re not feeling great. I have brought both my children to this ER and had a positive experience during the daytime with my son. The doctors and nurses were warm, attentive and I felt like they truly treated us with care and an age appropriate approach to my 5 year old. Dr. Siekmann was wonderful. I took my daughter here this morning at 5am and had the most upsetting experience I’ve ever had in a medical setting. We’ve been here a few times, and every visit has been great. They caught meningitis early in my daughter before it got serious—something I’ll always be grateful for. The staff is quick, kind, and really knows what they’re doing. Super impressed with this ER.
