Unless you want to die, NEVER use Atrium Waxhaw Family Medicine. They have caused me to have my surgery cancelled THREE TIMES! They are completely incompetent and have no regard for patient's care. I had a medical clearance performed in their Waxhaw office 4 weeks ago. They faxed it to the hospital with a Physician's Assistant (PA) and the hospital will not accept it unless signed by a doctor.
