They get you in for an appointment quick. Have great staff and wonderful doctors.
Waiting 70 minutes so far. Still in the waiting room. This happens every time. I asked the desk and they just told me 'yes, the doctor is always behind, because he takes so much time with each patient'. My thinking is if you KNOW the learned and august physician takes 45 minutes per patient, why are you scheduling us every thirty minutes? 'I'm sorry' and 'this happens to all of our patients' (which surely causes a loss of patience, if not patients) are not solutions to us feeling like our lives and time mean nothing. I made a 10am appointment because I was in extreme pain. They changed it to 12:20 without contacting me. Left me sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours because I showed up for my 10am appointment.
